The Longest Ride: Film Review

The Longest Ride

The longest ride is a engaging film revolving around the strength of relationships and there long lasting impacts. It consists of a professional bull rider (Luke collins) and a stunning college student (Sophia Danko). Sophia is focused on her studies and driven by her passion for art meanwhile Luke lives a completely different lifestyle having grown up on a farm. However, the two fall in love but do their differences prove to be too much to handle?

Review

As a young single male who has never seen the movie before I found it to be surprisingly pleasant. It isn't one of those typical "chick flicks" but rather a movie that both genders can enjoy. Of course it helps to have attractive main characters to help further keep the audience wanting more but it also has quite a nice plot. Nothing overly predictable because then it would get boring but the film has various parts leaving the audience with a sense of uncertainty. I enjoy the fact that both characters acknowledge the fact that they live different lives but don't get it all up straight away in order to be together. I also greatly enjoyed all the bull riding scenes!

All in all I thought that is was a great film to watch for the first time and I wouldn't hesitate to watch it again if I was a asked.

I would recommend this film to anyone and for that fact give it a "Very Spicy" rating.
